Banyan Constructions launched in style in July, creating much interest in the Canberra building community. Since then, Banyan has completed and sold all the apartments in its first development, called ‘Muse’ in Dickson.
Now Banyan is about to commence 37 new homes in Casey which are due for completion in 2014. Banyan will be building a mix of three and four bedroom homes sitting on fully landscaped, low maintenance blocks. These turnkey properties are perfect for young families and investors alike. Banyan is excited to begin breaking ground in Casey and looks forward to providing excellent homes to Canberra residents.
Banyan is also working on some exciting and innovative, new products for the Canberra market, due for release at the beginning of 2014. Founder and Managing Director, Liam Kelly, says “Banyan has a very big year planned for 2014 and beyond, with eight residential developments totalling 45 houses and 102 units on the books for completion between now and the end of 2015. It’s a busy time for us and we are excited to assist in lifting the standard of living for Canberrans.”
Significant growth for Banyan means their team is also growing fast. “I’m now in a position to actively recruit for positions across the board – from apprentices to project management roles,” Liam said.
Banyan has made a commitment to excellence and training. Since launch, it has already put a number of staff through specific training courses at the MBA to further their skills and professional development. Banyan wants to provide comprehensive and cutting edge training for all its team members.
This fast paced company is a sign of more good outcomes for the Canberra building community.
