Live in a Banyan Constructions' masterpiece
Boutique development in the Inner North
Make your dream a reality...
News & Events
We are currently completing two developments in Lyneham and Turner. One43 is a development of only 14, one bedroom residences. Located in a peaceful cul de sac, the well proportioned apartments feature high quality finishes and an abundance of natural light. Zara Gardens consist of 13 architect designed apartments in one, two and three bedroom layouts, with views over the beautiful designed gardens.
A species of tree was chosen as our name because the company is rather like a tree with many different branches. The Banyan was specifically selected because it has the ability to survive and grow for centuries. It is visually unusual in its detail with multiple roots and interesting limbs.
Why Choose Banyan?
Policy and Values
Banyan’s company policies are shaped around our five core values:
• safety and wellbeing
• relationships and teamwork
• excellence and integrity
• respect for our environment and community
• being bold, future focused and creative.
Project-specific policies, including training, project partnering or other personalised undertakings, can be developed as required for our clients.
What is a Banyan?

Banyan trees are known for their unique beauty, tranquility and are considered a sacred place in many cultures. These are the qualities we strive to achieve in every one of our buildings.
Banyan has the ability and vision to transform old and rundown blocks into something really...
